Scrum Master Certified (SMC®)

Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.

Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC®)

The Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholder community to the Scrum Team. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service functionality requirements to the Scrum Team, defining Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met. The Product Owner must always maintain a dual view. He or she must understand and support the needs and interests of all stakeholders, while also understanding the needs and workings of the Scrum Team.

Scaled Scrum Product Owner Certified (SSPOC™)

The Chief Product Owner makes the day-to-day business decisions in the case of large projects with numerous Scrum Teams and multiple Product Owners. The Chief Product Owner prepares and maintains the overall Prioritized Product Backlog for the large project, using it to coordinate work through the Product Owners of the Scrum Teams. The Chief Product Owner will be responsible for the final deliverable of the project. Apart from making final business decisions, the Chief Product Owner collaborates with the Chief Scrum Master, other Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to develop a list of components and resources needed in common for all the teams throughout the project.

Professional Scrum Master (PSM )

Professional Scrum Masters demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Scrum and their ability to apply it in real-world situations. The value of certification is intimately tied to the demonstration of knowledge needed to achieve it. By that measure, the PSM assessments are significantly more valuable than available alternatives for Scrum. And, we strive to ensure that they remain valuable and relevant through frequent inspection and adaptation of the assessment content.

 

Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)

People who are PSM I certified, demonstrate a fundamental level of Scrum mastery. PSM I certificate holders prove that they understand Scrum as described in the Scrum Guide and how to apply Scrum in Scrum Teams. PSM I holders have a consistent terminology and approach to Scrum.

Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II)

People who are PSM I certified, demonstrate an advanced level of Scrum mastery. PSM II certificate holders prove that they have an understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and can effectively apply Scrum in complex, real-world situations.

 

Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III)

People who are PSM I certified, demonstrate a distinguished level of Scrum mastery. PSM III certificate holders have a deep understanding of the application and practices of Scrum and the Scrum Values in a variety of complex team and organizational situations.

SAFe Scrum Master® (SSM)

The SAFe Scrum Master certification is specific to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), a framework for managing and executing large-scale, complex projects. The certification focuses on the role of the Scrum Master in a SAFe environment and the unique challenges of scaling Scrum. In SAFe, Scrum Master plays a vital role in inter-team collaboration and facilitation since, in SAFe multiple agile teams work together as one big group. The SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is offered by Scaled Agile and is recognized as a tool to educate Scrum Masters working in SAFe.

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification focuses on the general role and responsibilities of a Scrum Master for a given scrum team, as defined by the Scrum framework. The CSM certification is offered by Scrum Alliance and is recognized as a leading certification for Scrum Masters.

Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certificate holders demonstrate an advanced level of Professional Scrum Product Ownership knowledge and understanding of how the Scrum framework can support the creation of value. They have shown an understanding of topics including: product vision, product backlog management, release and portfolio planning, business strategy, and working with stakeholders.

 

Professional Scrum Product Owner III


The Professional Scrum Product Owner III (PSPO III) certification demonstrates a distinguished level of understanding of how to own a vision, manage a Product Backlog, and engage with stakeholders & customers to deliver valuable products using Scrum.

 

Certified Scrum Developers (CSD®)

Strengthen your technical skills in agile product development. Certified Scrum Developers (CSD®) have demonstrated — through training that ensures they have a working understanding of Scrum and agile principles, and have learned specialized agile engineering skills. The Certified Scrum Developer® course is designed for product developers who are working in a Scrum environment. The goal is to expose students to the most important tools and techniques needed to build good products in the iterative and incremental fashion that Scrum requires. These ideas are central to the entire field of agile product development.
